How do you build confidence?

The one thing I have learnt about building confidence is that you have to find what works for you.
Here are 5 practical tips that you could try:
1) SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE
who allow you to feel confident. People that you light you up, that you can trust and who will have your best interests at heart.
2) STEP OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE.
When we push ourselves to try new things, to have different experiences and to engage with new people, we automatically boost our confidence.
3) REFRAME YOUR THOUGHTS
and focus on the positives. Think about all the wonderful things in your world right now. People you love, what you have already achieved. What you feel passionate about. Doing this will help you to feel good and will naturally build your confidence.
4) BREATHE.
So simple yet so powerful. When we stop and breathe we begin to think more rationally, our energy levels begin to rise and we can start to feel more confident.
5) REMEMBER
a time when you have felt confident. What was it about this moment that made you feel confident? What did you learn through that experience? How can you use that learning now to help you build your confidence?
